Can I use one account for different services?

LocalConnect is designed around one customer account, with separate business, professional and delivery workspaces. Each workspace has its own permissions and setup steps.

Do I have to share my exact location?

You can choose your city and neighbourhood manually. Browsing does not require device location permission. Location-based features should explain when permission is needed.

Can I place an order on this website?

This website introduces LocalConnect and shows how its features are intended to work. The phone screens are previews. Orders, payments, appointments and deliveries are not processed here.

Where can I learn how LocalConnect works?

How does support work?

In the planned service, a support request is linked to an order, appointment or job so its details and updates stay together. This landing page does not submit support tickets.

Shopping questions

Can I order from more than one seller?

The planned shopping flow groups items into separate orders for each seller. Each order has its own total, fulfilment option and cancellation rules.

What happens if a payment fails?

The intended flow keeps the basket available so payment can be tried again. Payment status and order progress are tracked separately. No payments are collected on this website.

Can I collect an order myself?

The planned checkout includes customer pickup where the seller offers it. The seller marks an order ready, and collection is confirmed separately from delivery.

Can I cancel or return an order?

Cancellation and return eligibility depend on the seller, product and order stage. Any applicable terms should be shown before checkout. A refund request, approval and completed refund are separate updates.

Do I need Google or social media accounts to get started?

External account connections are optional in the proposed setup. A business can prepare its LocalConnect profile and listings before choosing which other channels to connect.

Does a paid plan guarantee business verification?

No. Business verification and professional credential checks are separate from subscriptions. Paying for a plan does not guarantee approval or verification.

What happens if publishing fails on one channel?

The proposed publishing flow shows a result for each destination. Successful posts remain in place; failed destinations can be retried after connection or permission issues are resolved.

How are usage limits counted?

One promotional campaign counts as one post. Each successful publication to a connected external channel counts as one external publication. Monthly post allowances reset each billing period; listing, staff and location limits are capacity limits.

Are the listed prices final?

The prices shown are proposed monthly plans for this concept. Delivery, payment processing, advertising and IVR charges are separate. Final prices and service availability must be confirmed before subscribing.

Delivery questions

When can a delivery partner see offers?

The proposed delivery workspace shows available offers when a partner is online. Each offer includes collection and delivery details, distance, any cash to collect and estimated earnings.

How is a delivery confirmed?

The planned flow records offer acceptance, collection and arrival, followed by customer confirmation using a one-time code. The phone previews on this page do not create real deliveries.

What happens if the customer is unavailable?

The planned workflow records the delivery issue and provides a route to retry, return or request support. The task history should show the reason and the next action.

Are cash collected and delivery earnings the same?

No. Customer cash collected, settlement amounts, partner earnings and payouts are separate records. This website does not collect cash or issue payouts.
